Accumulation

Accumulation systems can provide 10-20 min accumulation related the lenght of the alpine conveyor.

Distribution

Avontec Automation’s distribution systems with pneumatic equipment and sensor combination provides product distribution according to machine and/or line capacities.

Elevating Solutions

• Simple, low cost spiral for small parts handling
• Allows incline or decline through corners and straights
• Provides capability for product buffering or storage for accumulation or cooling

Sorting

Avontec Automation’s sorting units sort the products according to their barcodes either for manuel palletising or full automatic robot palletising.

Rotation

Avontec Automation’s conveyors carry the products both long and short side leading. Upon requirement products may be rotated both horizontal and/or vertical direction.

Transfer

Transfer from one conveyor to the other may be done with the help of guide rails or mini rollers intalled between two conveyors.

Traffic Control

Merging systems are handled by a mechanical traffic police unit or by pneumatic stopper and sensor combination. We control the main line comers and as long as we see a gap we release the product on connection conveyor to merge the main line.
